Baltimore City was looking to have City and Union staff trained as mediators for employee/management grieveances. So I was trained by the "Super Mediators," Caroline and Erikka, for that purpose. After spending six weeks in training, I know this is awesome work. I learn more and more each time I am in the room with the other "Super Mediators" of CMP. Thanks for the learning :-)

A few years ago, my daughter thought my interest in human behavior, as well as my personality, might cause me to be interested in being, and effective as, a mediator. She was right.

I took the training and found it gratifying to take part in efforts to make the community a safer place.
